I had a great experience. I was able to custom order a vehicle I really wanted and the sales rep Tre was awesome at giving me all of the needed information to do so and was really nice to work with! Serra Toyota accepts the Tdrive and VSP discounts for Toyota Team members which is awesome! Great experience all around. Loved talking to the finance/ quality specialist as well he was also really nice!
My husband and I were just going to look at 4Runners and ended up buying one. Our salesman, Rusher Clemons, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us while we tried to decide between 2 4Runners. It was an overall good experience.

My sales experience 10 years ago was good. My experience with service over the intervening years has been excellent. My experience with rental, not so great. I had to call repeatedly to make contact. I never got a return call until I said I was going to show up in person. Two days before I was scheduled to pick up the car, same experience regarding return calls. I verified the car was still reserved for me and what documentation was needed the day I picked it up and that it would be ready at 7 am. When I arrived to pick up the car, it wasn’t even on the lot. No one had notified me that there was a problem and that’s not good business practice. I had to call my wife to come back and get me because by this time I had no confidence Serra would be able to retrieve the car from Trinity in a timely fashion. Before I left, I re- emphasized that I expected a call when the car was ready and that I was not having a good experience. I did receive a call in about an hour and, to Serra’s credit, was given a discount on the daily rate for the inconvenience. Everything else I have done with Serra has been very efficient. The rental process needs to be, too.
