Sway is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. From the moment I walk in I was honest with him about my credit situation and let him know I had bad credit. Even so, he treated me with professionalism, respect, and kindness throughout the entire process. Unlike other dealerships where I’ve felt judged or treated differently after they saw my credit, sway never made me feel that way. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and share his knowledge about the vehicles available. I walked into the dealership expecting to be denied, as that has been my experience in the past. Instead, I walked out driving a brand-new 2026 Camry Toyota! I still can’t believe it.

My sells guy was very nice thank you Malik Lewis. He tried to help me and i felt so bad for him cause of his sales manager. One he showed himelf in front of Malik,cause he for got to tell him the car we were looking at was a demo. We didnt even see it. And it had 4000 miles and had taken 6000 dollars off then said well I'm giving you a deal, next thing i know im paying mor for a car than what it is new with no miles. What a joke ,and he said cause your a veteran i give you a deal🤣 so i went home did my home work and realized he lied to me about things which i found out by asking questions. But pleased to say we went to the dealer in muscle shoals tuscombia and bought a brand new one with 8 miles for 2500 dollars more verses 6000 off with 4000 miles,and no clue who drove the car or even how it was drove.
