I had a pleasant experience with the sales person, Jayden Jackson. José is the finance member that I met with.land he was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle came in early. Jayden made the appointment for 1 o’clock the next day. When I arrived, he was ready for me. It probably took possibly 15 minutes for the test drive and the paperwork that he needed to do. However, I waited three hours on someone to meet with me from the finance team. When I first arrived, it seemed very busy. After the first 45 minutes to an hour, there was hardly anybody in there but me. I believe this is a tactic that is used by the finance department/dealerships. Most working people don’t want to take off any more time so they just want to finish. When I finally did get to the finance department there were lots of add-ons for extra dollars that I did not want. I’m retired, so I didn’t have anything to lose. I didn’t have to say yes I could’ve said no and gone somewhere else. I had to make arrangements for someone else pick up my grandchildren from school because of the length of time it took. Either way, whether it was a three hour wait that was honest, or whether it was a sales tactic, that part was a bad experience. Other than that, I would have given my experience of 5 star rating.

Rusher Clemons was excellent to work with. He worked with us to find a vehicle we that we loved. The whole process was fairly quick and easy.
