My check tire light came on, since I travel to Atlanta quite a lot I needed to make sure I hadn’t picked up a nail or other metal fragment on the highway. They were very busy but took my car right in without an appointment and had everything checked out within an hour. The crew in the repair department are always courteous and helpful! I appreciate the team at Serra Toyota in Decatur Alabama.

He also took care of a quick reset on my windows and didn’t even charge me for it. It’s refreshing to deal with someone you can actually trust. I’d absolutely recommend Steve to anyone needing service in Decatur.
The tire pressure light warning was addressed, but the forward radar wasn’t. The cruise control does not work with it in failure. I’ll bring the truck back early next week to see what is the problem.

We recently purchased a new RAV4 from Serra and had a great experience with Malik. When we first went just to learn more back in June, he was friendly and easy going with NO pressure and immediately took us for a test drive and answered all our questions. Our experience at Serra Toyota of Decatur was awesome. We felt no pressure to buy and the service that was provided to us by Austin Norwood was above and beyond what he had to do. Though it may be many years we will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase. If it was closer to us we would go there for all our servicing needs.
The service was quick and efficient. The person pointed out that there were snacks and coffee in the waiting room. There weren’t any snacks and it was a bit messy. There was some confusion on where I was supposed to check out, that was a bit frustrating but not that pressing.
Wonderful customer service. I did have to wait quite a long time but I didn’t have an appointment so that was my fault.

Austin was a wonderful salesman who did not skip any details. He handled our sale professionally and followed through with everything that we asked him to do. My only dislike about Serra Toyota of Decatur had to do with the finance department. They seemed to be focused on delivering a rehearsed speech without much care for the customer! Except for the experience with the finance department, everything that had to do with sales and service was great.
Very nice waiting area for customers. It took over an hour for just a tire rotation and cabin filter change. Also, the service department did not confirm my appointment in any way, even though I left a voice mail for them to confirm the appointment and the cost of the service. I made the appointment on-line. I hope they do much better next time with this feedback!

The service department was organized an In order. There was plenty of room for the customers to wait. The refreshments were very limited , but all in all , it was a good experience. And I should know , because I waited four hours to get my service. No complaints.
I was throughly pleased abd impressed with their service. I scheduled for service 2 days ahead my car was picked up from my job taken to service. Shortly before service was done they called to confirm what I had done, asked if I needed anything else, and closed my ticket. I was able to pay online, and my car was brought back to me. 10/10 experience. I felt like VIP.
They were considerate and honest about what was being done with my vehicle. I waited sufficient time for my vehicle to be serviced and looked over.
All associates were very professional in all aspects of my service. The only recommendation I have is that the technician could keep you informed of where they are in your appointment! ie.. starting the oil change, how the oil looks in your car, your tire rotation, how your complimentary inspection went, wear and tear on any components found! I have had this service before and found it helpful instead of just sitting and waiting wondering how long you will be there.

The service for my car was great and timely. After my fall, I should have been directed to the TOC urgent care which I discovered in the shopping center adjacent to Serra and where I was treated for a scrap and given a sling for possible fractures.
