This past Wednesday coming home from work the dashboard on my Camry lit up like a Christmas tree. It was flashing things like contact dealer. Front camera failure. Rear camera failure. Parking brake failure and the list goes on. I have owned this car just a little over a year and unfortunately did not purchase from Serra Toyota (one of the very many regrets I have from doing business with the SHADY Bill Penney Toyota). II waited almost 3 hours for a 10,000 mile check up. My car sat there for 2 hours because no one put the paperwork in for them to start working on my car. After 2 hours I asked about my car and it was just sitting there the whole time. It only took them 30 minutes to change the oil and rotate my tires? The first time I went there it was very quick. I thought they were busy but it was because they didn’t process my car in for service. They guy who checked me in said he got distracted.

I didn’t have an appointment for an issue with my sequoia. Serra Toyota worked me in and fixed the problem and a recall. The service manager is great for helping with issues. Steve a service writer was great as well. Everyone is friendly and talks while you wait!

We ordered a transmission online during the Toyota parts sale in May of 26 to be deliver to Serra for our 2010 Rav4. When I called the parts dept with other questions before placing my transmission order, they were very helpful, suggesting I also order transmission fluid that would be needed.
The service dept was also helpful when I called to have them install it. They got it in to replace the transmission within a couple of days and installed the transmission within a couple more days. Bad visit. Car was ready for 18 minutes and I was not notified. I had to go to the service person and ask him what the problem was. Now answer, just printed out the paperwork and handed to me.
The service department allowed me to bring my car in six hours earlier than my appointment and got it out in less than an hour. They are always very fast and courteous and do a good job. I really appreciate them.
This location has always been friendly and clean. The people are helpful and courteous , and we have been happy with both vehicles purchased at this dealership.
