My sales experience 10 years ago was good. My experience with service over the intervening years has been excellent. My experience with rental, not so great. I had to call repeatedly to make contact. I was able to get an appointment for my vehicle very quickly to fix an issue identified by a Toyota service bulletin. They took care of the problem in a short amount of time. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It was a further drive for me than another dealership but a much better experience so I will continue to take my RAV4 to Serra for service.

No detail clean on cars before they leave the dealership under the hood was dirty. The receptionist that takes calls when the service department is busy has issues. Sales person was great. Bought a hybrid and before I got home with the car a a hybrid warning light came on return to dealership. That’s not a good sign.

I got the oil changed there and everyone was friendly and I had some coupons but they didn't qualify ....but the employee got me a good discount any way! I was very happy!!!
Scheduled appointment to get a TSB done. Instead of making the repair, they performed an unneeded service. By the time I went back to get the repair done, they said it was over the mileage and it would cost $676.00. Left, bought the part somewhere else and repaired myself less than an hour for $120.00. Be sure they have the parts you need. I have taken off work to get the car fixed, only to be told they did not have the parts. Then I had to take off another time. People were nice at the visit.
Serra seems to always be ready when I arrive. There is lot going on but someone is there to at least tell me what’s going on. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I appreciated the feedback upon getting my vehicle returned to me too! That was very helpful. Also there is a lot in the owners manual that you have dig into to understand and know how certain things work.
Need to improve communication to the customer on status of repairs. Parts needed to be ordered yet I was told parts were in stock. Advisor had taken the day off but no one kept me in the loop of the repair status during his absence.
Stopped by just to see about trading into something smaller. Talked to Cassidy and she was great! Super friendly and not to pushy! Got me into a new to me tacoma. Would recomend everyone thinking about it going to talk to her.
