2019 Toyota RAV4 fuel economy
The new EPA estimated fuel economy ratings are going to wow you. Starting with Front Wheel Drive, you can achieve 26 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway with all grades. The LE grade with All Wheel Drive gets a similar rating of 27 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway, while all other AWD grades get 25 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. The hybrid models are unsurprisingly the most efficient and boast 41 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway. These new fuel economy ratings are thanks in part to the new Dynamic Force 2.5 liter inline-four-cylinder engine.

There are two types of available all-wheel drive for the 2019 Toyota RAV4. The new Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive is the standard drivetrain on any AWD Limited gas and Adventure trim levels.
