What are the differences between the 2017 Toyota Prius and the 2017 Toyota Prius v?

We here at Serra Toyota of Decatur have been excited about the 2017 model year Prius lineup for months now, and now that the 2017 Prius and the 2017 Prius v have been released, we couldn’t wait to take a look at their features and specs.

Differences between the 2017 Toyota Prius and the 2017 Toyota Prius v

We will get to the similarities in a minute, but we first want to take a look at what sets these two vehicles apart from each other. To start, the 2017 Prius comes available in six trim levels including the Two, Two Eco, Three, Three Touring, Four and Four Touring, while the 2017 Prius v is available in four trims: the Two, Three, Four and Five. Fuel Economy is a bit better for the 2017 Prius, but the 2017 Prius v makes up for it with a slightly more powerful engine. The Prius v is also larger than the Prius in cargo volume, overall height, overall length, interior volume, rear legroom and fuel capacity.
